Applied Learning

As an Applied Learning College we expect the great majority of students to follow at least one Applied course to GCSE level (normally BTEC Dual Award), or NVQ etc, from a wide range of choices.

Modern Foreign Languages

As a Language College we require most students to study a Modern Foreign Language. For the most able, and for all who choose, that will mean GCSE (in French, German or Spanish).

Design and Technology

As a Technology College we are committed to the principle that students will study GCSE DT, (Graphics, Food, Resistant Materials, Product Design, Systems & Control, Textiles) or an equivalent course.
