It is really important that you bring the following to all sessions:-
- Boots
- Trainers - incase we organise indoor sessions
- Shorts
- Socks
- Rugby top
- Tracksuit bottoms
- Waterproof top
- Towel
- Swimming trunks
- Wooly hat
- Water Bottle
